INTRODUCING DRUMMING THERAPY

A drum is a relatively simple tool, learned quickly, and easy to make a sound. Drumming enables verbal communication between ages, disabilities and cultures. Drumming relieves stress, stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue in a constructive and enjoyable way. Drumming in a circle creates a social space that allows expression, and sweeps into a common rhythm. Treatment drumming works on different levels, physical, emotional, mental, mental and social. Drumming in a circle with bare hands evokes the loving heart, and brings a smile:)

Physically
Motor and coordination (hand coordination and control), right and left balance, moving blood to the fingertips, strengthens the immune system at the cellular level.

Emotional
Relieves stress and tension, reduces anxiety and depression, relieves anger and fatigue, relieves pain, increases mood, and stimulates the heart for spontaneous joy.

Intellectual / Cognitive
Improves attention (and concentration) as well as learning and memory. Strengthens the connection between the two sides of the brain, the creative-dream (R) and the logical-computational (L).

Develops a sense of social belonging, brings about cooperation and group cohesion, builds self-confidence through musical creation, in which everyone has a place to express themselves.

In the ancient cultures of the drum and the rhythm is attributed healing power. Drumming at an accelerating rate, along with singing and dancing, was a significant part of rituals and rituals. This is an ancient method of personal connection to the spirit/ ancestors/ the higher self, to create conscious arousal, and mental quiet.
